Allen & Associates was founded by Robert Allen in 2013 in order to serve as a specialist
advisor to private clients as well as to the business and investment entities owned or
controlled by them.
Robert has 40 years experience in equity, trusts and commercial matters.
We prepare detailed estate plans and sophisticated wills, often incorporating testamentary
trusts or other protective mechanisms.
We have a particular focus on assisting clients to structure their affairs and assets so as to
legally minimise their taxation obligations, improve asset protection and address family
succession issues.
We also prepare Enduring Powers of Attorney capturing both financial and medical treatment issues.
We also act for small business entities of all descriptions which includes us preparing
shareholder, trading and corporate agreements and similar documents.
