Debra Pearce

Deb serves as Rob’s Executive Assistant and is responsible for all of the non-legal aspects of Allen & Associates.

Deb is a highly experienced and capable legal secretary, who previously worked for Rob at DLA Piper and joined him in this role when Allen & Associates was established.

She brings to the practice the qualities of accuracy, empathy and discretion which are critical parts of any arrangement when understanding and dealing with client’s personal and financial affairs.

Deb is the proud mum of four adult children and a doting grandmother to her first grand daughter who was born in December last year.
