Tom Allen

Tom is Rob’s nephew and works with Allen & Associates one day a week as a paralegal.

Tom has graduated from the University of Melbourne with an Arts Degree, and is currently in the second year of his postgraduate law (JD) degree at the Melbourne campus of Monash University.

Tom assists Rob with research on new legislation and changes to regulations, as well as drafting summaries for clients of key corporate, superannuation and will trust documents.

Tom is also gaining experience in corporate matters including drafting of minutes and preparation of various ASIC forms concerning change of directors, changes to shareholding and revisions of registered office, and corporate agreements.

In his spare time, Tom continues a long-standing Allen family tradition of playing hockey, and was pleased to be a member of a team which took off the premiership this year.
